Abstract
The Barbados Photograph Album is a hardcover album consisting of cardboard-like pages that contain photographs featuring historical landmarks, pictures of individuals, and scenes of the island. It comprises approximately 47 pages, with a few pages (pages 37-45) left empty at the end of the scrapbook, which are still included in the count. In total the album holds 63 photographs of Barbados as well as other islands, such as St. Kitts, Martinique, Antigua, and St. Lucia. Many of the photographs come with descriptions that provide information about where the photo was taken or by whom. The photographs are also quite clear in conveying the depicted scenes. Due to the condition of the album, most of the photographs and pages within show considerable signs of age, wear, and fading, placing them in a poor to very poor condition scale. This collection is classified as "FRAGILE - DO NOT CIRCULATE."
