Somewhere in the Pacific_ Serving with the Famed 2nd Marine Division is Marine Private First Class George W. Simpkins, 19, of RFD 1, Box 269 Monrovia, Ala. He left B.I. A. High School to be inducted into the Marine Corps in August, 1943. His parents Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Simpkins, live at the above mentioned address. he has been overseas for several months.
