Paul L. Brown (Second from Left) of 2108 Maryland Avenue, NE, a junior in the College of Liberal Arts at Howard University, is shown as he received a citation from the International Telephone and Telegraph Corp. at Howard last week. Mr. Brown, who is majoring in physics, was awarded a $1,000 scholarship by I.T.&T. earlier this year. Also shown are (l to r) Dr. Norman R.
