Abstract
The collection is arranged into six series: personal papers, correspondence, writings by Enoch Waters, printed material/writings by others, photographs, artifact, and oversize. Writings by Enoch Waters, the largest series, includes book manuscripts, news articles, reports from Africa and the U.N., and E.E.O.C. press releases. Most of the correspondence relates to Waters's search for a publisher for his memoir, American Diary: A Personal History of the Black Press.
