Description
Armstrong High School Physical Education and Atheletics; At Armstrong every boy and girl is given an opportunity to participate in a program of physical activities appropriate to his or her interests and abilities, and geared to national needs. The development of general skills can be achieved through: formal calistehnics and body building excercises, running, jumping and climbing; competitive team sports; hiking, swimming, tumbling and wrestling.
