Abstract
The immune responses of host Swiss mice to heterotransplants of guinea pig tooth germs were decreased when donor serum or donor embryo extracts were administered to the hosts. The change observed with serum was, in fact, very dramatic, as was evidenced by the absence of lymphocytes about the transplants. The control transplants usually disappear entirety after 3 or 4 weeks, which was not true where donor serum or embryo extracts were given. © 1965, SAGE Publications. All rights reserved.
