Rheinhausen, Germany, February 1951: Rheinhausen Steel Mill (Huettenwerk) near Duisburg. Plant received 5.7 million D from ECA in 2 installments. Worker is seen passing one of the huge "Thomas" vats, mixing molten iron with chemical compounds under high air pressure.
