Hamburg, Germany, May 22, 1951: The visitors made a tour of the port of Hamburg in the launch of Dr. J.K. Dunlop, Land Commissioner of Hamburg. Mrs. Arthur F. Anderson (second from left), National Young Women's Christian Association, points out a landmark of the port to (l/r) Dr. Dunlop; Mrs. Anthony J. Scholter, National Council of Catholic Women; a HICOG secretary; Dr. Dorothy B. Ferebee, National Council of Negro Women; and Mrs. Harold D. Dyke, League of Women Voters.
