The picture and a $20,000 check were presented by the Colgate-Palmolive Co. to Mrs. MacNeil for Girl Scouts are the November 22nd campaign kickoff ceremonies in Washington D.C. Freeman (New York City), Mrs. William Oakerson, President Tropical Florida Council (Miami), Dr. Dorothy B. Ferebee, Washington D. C. , Mrs. Crosby S.
