Description
The three-man carry is demonstrated by students in a first aid instructor's course at Columbia Army Air base, conducted by the American National Red Cross. The "victim" has a fractured left leg which has been immobilized by improvised methods using a rifle and the uninjured leg as splints. The men doing the carrying are, left to right, Pvt. Henry B. Jones; Cpl. Robert A. Gantt, and 1st Sgt. Emory Harding. The "victim" is Pvt. Frederick Keen.
