Miss Jacqueline Frazier, the first Howard University student to be honored by the R.O.T.C. Battalion as "Honorary Coed Cadet Colonel," is a sophomore student in the College of Liberal Arts. She was eleceted, in a competition with a host of other coeds, by the majority vote of men taking ROTC courses.
