The Channing Pollock Theatre Arts Collection contains rare books on the theater, including books by and about Shakespeare and selected first editions by Eugene O'Neill and other American playwrights. The collection is held by the Howard University Libraries. There are souvenir programs dating back to 1865 as well as Pollock's manuscripts, published works, and personal correspondence.

Extensive material collected by many of his associates in the theater business is also included. The core Pollock Collection is augmented by clippings and photographs of the Howard Players and a host of Black performing artists.
