Description
*Dr. Marshall graduated from Howard University School of Medicine in 1924 and, following in his father's footsteps, opened his private practice at 2712 P Street, NW, which he operated until the mid-1970s. His father's practice was located next door at 2710 P Street, NW. According to his son, Charles Herbert Marshall, III, Dr. Marshall was affectionately called "Mr. Georgetown, the unofficial mayor of Georgetown."
