Abstract

Inclusive Dates: 1898 - 1987 Extent: 5.0 Cubic Feet Description: Helen Brown was a teacher of home economics in the D.C. Public School system for over 40 years. Her papers consist of consist of teaching materials, lecture notes, and sheet music. Of particular interest are family papers, including correspondence and writings of her father, Sterling N. Brown, and her brother, Sterling A. Brown.
