Description
Prevention of accidents at First Women's Army Corps Training Center, Fort Des Moines, Iowa, was discussed by Col. Frank U. McCoskie, Commandant, (right) and Harry Gilbert, Department of Safety and Personnel, The Pullman Company, following a day long tour of the post by Mr. Gilbert. Also at the conference were Maj. Charity E. Adams (left), Control Officer and Capt. Katherine Stull, Public Relations Officer, who accompanied Mr. Gilbert on the tour. Mr. Gilbert addressed all assigned military personnel on accident prevention.
