Abstract
The following was excerpted from an address by Dr Leon Sullivan, at Howard University's Opening Convocation, September 24, 1982. Dr Sullivan is pastor of the Zion Baptist Church in Philadelphia and founder of the Opportunities Industrialization Center, a massive jobs training program.
