Collection Number: 241 Inclusive Dates: 1814 - 1965 Extent: 17.5 Cubic Feet Description: Charles V. Hendley was an eductator and Mason in the early- to midtwentieth century. The Charles V. Hendley papers contain biographical and family papers as well as records of Hendley's involvement in the Masons. Among the papers are orrespondence, Masonic files; including those of the Annual Communication, Grand Lodge of Alabama, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons and the papers of the Semi-Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees, Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Alabama.
